If for any reason you are not satisfied with your eyn case purchased from this website, you may return it within the first fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. All items must be returned in saleable condition, and we will gladly give you a full refund, excluding all shipping costs. After fourteen (14) days, eyn cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective manufacturing.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts and accessories.

The only cost for returning the item is the cost of shipping the product back to us. eyn products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage-due return shipments.

Instructions for returning your order
Email us at returns@eynproducts.com with your reason for return, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you have received your RMA number from us, please send the merchandise to the address below, and include the RMA number on the outside of your package:
